Office Manager

 Literacy Volunteers of Otsego and Delaware Counties seeks a part-time Office Manager to support our active educational program.  The Manager will be responsible for daily operations, record keeping, and assisting with donor solicitations.

·      Work 20 hours per week in our office in historic Rowe House on Maple Street, Oneonta.

·      Earn $25-30 an hour depending on qualifications and experience.

·      Interact with international and local adults eager to improve their English and with the volunteer tutors who assist them.

Literacy Volunteers of Otsego and Delaware Counties matches volunteer tutors with adults seeking instruction in basic literacy, English for speakers of other languages, and basic math.

Our services are free, voluntary, and confidential. We encourage referrals of potential students from many partner agencies, from local employers, and from adults wanting tutoring.
